which oprating system do u use ? Check ur cable driver in device manager that it is installed properly and then check ur mobile under control pannel >connections> cabel that its been checked to pc connect and not modem .

if you still can`t connect to PC , try to reinstall the PC suite, then connect the usb cradle to your computer, you`ll be asked for the driver who is on the cd with pc suite! if it doesn`t request the driver then u can`t connect your p800 to that PC..try other software(2000 or xp pro different versions). Good luck!

I installed from the disc but the actual driver for the USB does not install automatically when you install the pc suite so you have to manually install new hardware in windows and point the installer at the CD-Rom.

I use XP and I didn't have to point it to any specific directory except for my cd drive and it extracted the necessary drivers from the software cd. Uninstall everything ....Reinstall the Pc suite then restart your computer...whilst it is booting up then plug in the USB cradle so when the computer starts the setup process will appear and when this is done restart your comp again. Then it should recognise when your P800 is connected. I 2 had the same problem but this seemed to fix it
