> T610 failed on T-mobile!

Yesterday it came to light that the T610 failed in T-mobiles software tests so right now we are out of stock everywhere until T-mobile start supplying new phones. The T610 has been a popular handset on the network so to now withdraw it is causing some problems with customers who want to upgrade and get a new line.
T-mobile are doing the right thing, just wish thye tested the phones to begin with then we would not be at this point, it is a fantastic phone with features but with all the bugs, it is annoying peopl complaining all the time. I don't understand why people assume we the dealers know what all the problems are and we have not power or control over the state of the phones.
anyway enough rambling, anyone having any T-mobile related problems with their handsets?

They have been known for well over a month now and is why O2 haven't officially released it in their stores (Only available on-line for the moment). It's a pity Vodamoan and T-mobile don't perform the extensive phone tests that O2 and perhaps Orange do.
Oh well you pay for what you get.....

well the O2 phones seem to work fine, although have not tested it with a O2 online text message yet will have to try that.

got a t610 on t-mobile upgrade about a week ago, i got no real complaints seems to be working fine. Do u know why they need an upgrade, do u think i need to give mine back!??
