I had to tell everyone, im so happy! gonna get it flashed with non voda stuff when i have the chance.
Does anyone have any idea how safe it is to do this (not just on this phone) yourself?
If not, where's best?

I got my second t610 today, just noticed that on thr my battery it say w21 but inside the phone w28? just wondering is yours different?

interesting, i have a Week 24 battery with a W25 phone, my discrepancy is understandable (phone made, use a battery from stock from the previous week) but yours seems a little odd, i dont suppose it will change anything, will it?

just wondering what ur hardware version is? just in case u don't know, look for a value like R2B or R2E etc... above where the week of manufacture (03W28 in ur case... grrrr.... i'm so jealous lol!!) is printed.

not sure if this is network issues or something? but my last t610 was a w17 and the reception bar was stuck on 1 to 3 bars all the time, while on my latest w28 phone its full all the time.

I want the branding inside removed, but i am still unclear as to wether this will mean i wont be able to get any firmware upgrades. a couple thing.
What if its done by carphone warehouse, will they care?
people have been mentioning that the phone's IMEI number tells you wether it is a branded phone or not. true?
What if it is done by the place that got rid of the branding in the first place? can they do that, or can only carphone warehouse service centres and
service centres do it?
