I would like to download screen savers, tones and stuff to phone using my laptop's IR port to my phone,

Can someone give me a rundown on what I need to do?

Thanks, when downloading the picture or screen saver, do you just right click on the picture/sound, and select "save as"?

NO. Select "Send to", then "IR recipient" ... if no such option exists, then probably your IR isn't installed correctly.

Make sure you line up the IR eye of the phone with that of the PC first.

I think he was talking about downloading from the Internet... Yeah, of course, you choose ''Save as'' and then you browse to the file you just stored on your computer and then you rightclick etc... This message was posted from a T300
