> My T68i wont turn on!

Help!
I was deleting someone from my phone book and it froze. So i took the battery out and then put it back in. Now the phone wont turn on.
What should i do?

Take it back to the place you bought it from and they should give you a replacement or send it away for fixing. Is it still under warranty?

Also give it a go in the charger. If you can get the phone to switch on then the first thing I would recommend is to do a master reset.
If however you have no luck then you will have to resort to taking it to a
service centre.

If charging starts, enter the service menu
(-> * then scroll to service tests and then to keyboard test. Push every button, and if No does not work, your keyboard foil needs a replacement.
(same happened to mine)

just a thought: taking out the battery is not recommended by SE. Instead they suggest you pressed the "NO" key for approximately 10 seconds in case the phone is no longer responding to any commands. this apparently performs a hardware reset (similar to pressing the "reset" button on your computer) and turns the phone off.
then you simply turn your phone on again and you're set.

the battery. But there was no problem turning it on after that.
Now it's sent back to
for firmware upgrade and vibrator repare.
So I'm stuck with a borrowed Nokia 3330 for aprox 2weeks (damn that it takes so long to get my phone fixed with errors that prolly takes max an hour to really fix)

1- What is the key combination to get to the service menu where you can test all the buttons etc?
2- Is it just my phone or does everyones phone have the same trouble. A dodgy vibration feature. Mine works sometimes and sometimes dosnt!
