This is what happens.
when i switch it on, it works fine. once i move the swivelling ear hook thing, it switches off without a beep (basically like it got its power cut off). also, i cannot switch the headset on when the ear hook is in the position to fit the right ear. what is wrong with it~

Bad connection return it from where you got it. Happened to mine I sent it back and they replaced it without a problem.
