I miss my T300!
I have sent it to a sony ericsson service centre cos its faulty and under gaurantee and because they are not allowed to touch the board they have had to send it to Sony Ericsson themselves. They guy on the phone said at least 10 days!!!!
has anybody else had to have thiers repaired by Sony Ericsson? How long did yours take and what did they do? repair it, swap it for recon or new...?

pretty common way of working for mobile phone companies. The handsets ARE pretty damn advanced, and Joe Slugger at the counter of your local phone store probably should try and figure out too much what is wrong. Generally it takes a couple of weeks for a phone to be repaired and sent back to you. Be patient!

They will replace it if it has to be sent away 3 times. They will upgrade the model too. Thats how I got my T300... upgrade from a T65
