I have tried all night, in my first day of ownership, on Orange PAYG to get E-Mail working but constantly get Server Not Found. Please help me!

Assuming you are using GPRS then almost certainly you are trying to do email using your WAP data account whereas you need to use the internet GPRS data account.

There was a thread about this just 2 or 3 days ago that covers what you need albeit for a T68 but the details will be the same. Have a look here.

Heh I don't think I really want to use GPRS? I got some deal on orange, £4 a month, unlimited access :S. Anyway is there anyway to check POP E-Mail without GPRS.
