> what's wrong with my T68i?

When someone calls or I call someone I can hear them, but when I talk into the phone It comes through my phone only and they can't hear me. If I press a number then the beep goes through, but the voice doesn't. My text messaging is fine though. help me please. Thanks

you might have a defective mic...have you tried using a headset to see if the party on the other line would hear you?

Yeah I tried the headset and still no go. I live in the U.S. but have no idea about the SE service centers. Where exactly on the phone itself is the mic located?

@chowmien: in the service and support booklet that came today with my T310 the following telephone number is listed for US: 1-800-374-2776. Call them and see if there's a servicepoint near you.
