Hi, if i buy a T610 direct from sony ericsson can i be sure that i will receive a handset that is the latest hardware and software revisions? Cheers!

that really all depends on their turn over of T610s. If they are selling them quick then new stock made more recently will come be available.
The easiest way to find out is to ask them!

How do you buy phones directly from S/E? When I go to their site it only lists the P800 as available. Do you have to call them?
