I can't seem to find the link on the SE website to download the se themes creator v 0.9 beta. I found the link on myT610.com which goes to the SE website, but I must be looking in the wrong place. Can anybody help?

Theme Creator Pro 3G 
Beta 2 version is ready and will be uploaded in few days!
