I bought a t68i in greehills and i was ripped, i think i bought a fake one. It says R5D007 on the software but when i bought it to SE Center SM West they said they cant update its software. The case is now a mess and its just 2 weeks old, all the blue metallic stuff is now gone, the yes and no keys have lost its mettalic finish. The volume control is blakc not white. WHen i wanted to chenge the face plate SE SM West said my faceplate has dimples protruding at the bottom of * and # buttons, meaning the screws are too long and they cant replace it too. Any one who is willing to help. Im planning to get the shitty prts replaced and the software updated but i cant find a place or shop that can help me.

Please?????

Tnx in advance

we have not failed in warning people about buying phones from that place.

return it, get your money back and buy from authorized retailers.

the extra money you pay for at the authorized dealers is for your peace of mind.

getting stuff from greenhills (or any other place for that matter) always entails some risk. at least, with authorized dealers, you know who you can pester and run after. (diba bokayo?)

take arnoldc's advise, demand a reimbursement. bringing a few friends, with bulging foreheads, este muscles, could help convince them you're serious about it. (ask eumorpho-lakas-tao for his free sched)

(well they can make stories na ikaw ang sumira/nakasira ng t68 mo)

Btw, magkano bili mo sa T68 mo sa GH?

okay ka din kapjac!! sabay bawi ng magkano bili mo! ahehehe!!!

buying a mobile phone is like driving a car without insurance. matuto na sana tayo sa mga ganitong pangyayari. (ayan gumana na naman ang pagiging noli de castro ko). peace everyone.

Sad to say... a lot of Greenhills shops are all F%$#@#$ .... they sell stolen, fake, and defective products. I don't know why people are still suckered into buying there... sigh... I guess the 'rep' of being cheap.

Greenhills sucks. I don't mind if they bring in cheap products... but it's obvious that they are just theives and swindlers... don't patronize ANY shop in greenhills.

Sounds to me like you got an old T68mc that was 'recased' ... no, Semicon cannot upgrade the software any further on that model.
