Hi
I've searched the forum with no luck, so this problem seems to be only on my friends T610.
Has anyone problems with the T610 recieving e-mail? My friend have just had a brand new T610 and with the correct settings he has to first download headers and text. If he then chooses to read a mail by selecting it, the T610 begins to download that specific e-mail again. I'm have checked 100 times that the phone is set to recieve both header and body of the e-mail.
Has anyone the same problem?

The only thing I can think of is when you look at the download settings, you need to be sure that the circle with the hole in it is next to headsers and text, NOT the filled circle.
When I first got the T610 I was a little confused by this and how to tell which setting was actually selected.
To be sure just push the joystick in on that first option.

I've had the same problem once, but the e-mail I was trying to read had an attachment. Although I didn't want to see the attachment (even if the phone could view it, which it can't) it insisted on re-connecting to read the e-mail. Never managed to read it.
Check that the e-mails you're trying to view haven't got any attachment. I think Outlook on the PC sends attachments with some of its HTML email templates. Try sending the email as pure text only, not HTML
