Hi..
How can I sync all the contacts I have in Outlook 2002 (XP) on my P800
It only sync's the contacts in the main contacts folder and doesnt sync any of the ones in all the other contact sub folders I have in Outlook contacts?
I use folders in Outlook contact to sort by different types of contact I have i.e. Friends, Work, Office etc
Any help woul dbe great

instead of using folders for your contacts use categories, this way you can see all your contacts on 1 screen and still you can customize the view to show as categories

I have another problem.. Whenever I modify a number on outlook, it always adds a space after the dialing code and before the number. Where do I set this so that there is not formatting on the numbers. I have tried everything

Don't worry about it. It doesn't cause a problem when you synch and use that number on the phone

http://www.tjitjing.com/sync - lets you select what category you would like to sync and it also lets you do things like add a country code prefix to phone numbers starting with 0 etc.
