One of the small tabs on the keyboard broke ! Not sure how that happened as I never dropped the phone. Anyway, I couldn't use the keypad anymore as one side was touching the screen !
Contacted SE who passed me onto Celestica, who sent me a new keypad within 2 days ! Also got rid of the Orange logo at the bottom as that part of the cover comes as part of the new keypad ! All for just under 12 quid. Now that's what I call customer service.
I haven't forgiven SE yet though - still can't sync my contacts with Lotus Notes V6... *^$%&*
