> synch t610 to pc without outlook

I dont have outlook but want to synch my t610 to my palm desktop software. Is this possible. The software that comes with the phone only seems to install if outlook is installed. is there an alternative?
Also is there some alternative software that just allows me to download the phonebook and or calender and edit it on the PC somehow?
Likewise what about pictures? What format should the pictures be in, I tried jpeg but it said 'incompatible jpeg format' or something like that...
I am using IRDA on my PC rather than bluetooth.

This exact question was asked yesterday or day before and someone suggested that you can use the non outlook version of the T65 software form the SE global support page. I don't have time to find that thread right now but thats what I recall from it.

I believe it *MIGHT* be possible to use PIM sync in the BlueTooth Stack. Howerever you will still need a PIM manager (like Outlook) to view the information on your computer.
I have tried the BlueTooth PIM Sync, however it's not compatible with XTND Connect, so when I go back to XTND Connect I have to do a full sync again.
