I live in uk. I phoned up SE and was told that if i want to send my phone in to get it repaired i should send it to a company in telford.
I phoned this company up and they said that it will be about £50 to put a new keypar membrane on and upgrade the firmware to the latest version that has the new games on it.
I somehow feel that i am being ripped off. Anyone else from uk now where to send my phone for a decent repair cost?!
Also is it possible to fit a keypad membrane yourself?
If it is are there any online instruction manuals?
The reason i think i need a new keyboard membrane is beacuse my NO key has to be pressed very hard indeed for it to work. Have i made a mis-diagnosis?
Please help me out like only esato users can!

Is your phone still in warrenty ? Do you feel confident to dismantle you phone ? If you complety knackered your phone would you be able to shrug your shoulders and buy a replacement ? If the answer is no to the last two or yes to the first send it off or if not then you could try opening your phone peeling off the glued on membrane and cleaning the contacts which is what i did when the up button stopped working after i dropped my t65 down the loo on the theory that is was broken any way.

I kinda feel that way. I am waiting for next years realeses from SE. I just want my T68i to live for another 6-9 months to allow the new phones to come out and drop to a reasonable price.
How hard is it to replace a membrane? How much do they cost? Any tutorials for opening a T68i up?
