Ever since I got my P800 about 2 weeks ago now...I haven't been able to synchronise it with my PC. I can install apps etc but if I click synchronise the window comes up then it just says synchronisation failed!
. Can anyone help ?

Just a guess, but have you checked your sync station settings? Are you trying to synchronise a data type with a piece of PC software that you don't have?

R u trying sync through cable or infrared ?
Infrared can give u this prob otherwise check ur sync settings ...!!

Had that problem for 3 months before synchronisation finally worked.
Solution:
Seemed that my R2D software (on my P800) does not sync with the PC Suite software v1.3x from the CD given. You need to visit SE website and download the latest PC Suite for P800 v1.5x.
Uninstall your PC Suite v1.3x and then install the new v1.5x. Should work after that...

Ok no luck
It lets me choose options for contacts...but for all the others (Email, calender etc) the box is greyed out and I can't switch them on

What struck me as odd is that it says 1.7.1 on my backup/restore progran which is not right. Or is it? Hmm weird and I can synch the phone now without the adapter cable plugged into the cradle... which I couldn't do before. Odd.
