here.
its a sony ericsson T610 on the vodafone anytime 100 plan.
My email address is on hotmail, but the rest is proverbial greek to me.
My ISP is BT openworld.
Since I dont have a BT email account am I unable to use the sony ericcsson auto-configurey thing?
Any/all help is much appreciated.

I know Yahoo mail has WAP portal access for mail. Perhaps hotmail has that as well?

@DaveMcDave
Sorry mate, you're not going to be able to configure your email to send/receive
Hotm@il stuff. The only way you can send/receive is if you WAP browse and access
Hotm@il through the browser...
I don't know of any free email accounts in the UK that will let you access their POP3 server.
BTOpenworld is free for example, but the typical problem is that unless you make a dial-up connection once every 3 months, your account gets killed. Such accounts are 'free' because they get you on the dial-up connection charge.

mobile.msn.com is the WAP address you need. There are problems accessing it on the T610 though. Do a search . . . I seem to remember a lengthy discussion on this

Best thing to do is use the sony ericsson configurator on the website, it sends you two messages and once done mine worked straight away. Better than messing with the settings yourself only to find "Finding Server" displayed forever and a day.
