I really could be tempted since they are taking so long to hit Europe (I want the Abyss Blue) but...
After paying the 250 pounds price and the fedex shipping I am almost certainly going to be hit by VAT as Fedex always impose that on me when I order from out of Europe. Also there would be no warranty for me since SE warranty only applies in the country or region that the phone is purchased and finally as I don't know you, laveenl, and your ebay rating is still zero its hard to know if this is genuine.
In summary, its a bit of risk, will cost more than local and will have zero warranty.
Could definitly be tempted if the price was better but of course you have to cover your cost.

Hi masseur, i undersatand your concerns, with all the frauds/scams going aroud the net. Firstly, i have been a registered user of eBay since Sept-18-99, but only registered a sellers account very recently, (about a week ago) which explains my Zero feedback. And lastly, i have relatives (cousins) in Sydney ( Newtown,Sydney ..which is a stone's throw away from Central Sydney + the Central Station ) and will send the item to them, for you to collect in person when you are back in Sydney ( I know that you travel between Sydney, Frankfurt & London, as stated in below your Esato user ID ).
