OK, just got T610. Love the phone, hate the menu icons. Anyone know if there is a way to change them? If it's obvious then I'm a dumbass (a possibility) because it has beaten me.

If you're in London, Nick at MobileXchange (in West Ken) does a flash upgrade for a small price. And there are a few websites that provide this service as well... But like I said, do a search.
