Hopefully soon ill will be getting sw upgrade for my t610 is there any software to back up all my pics/themes/poly's espeically the mophun games on my phone!!!

You don't need to back up. I upgraded mine kast weekend to R1L and all phone content (pictures,themes,tunes etc etc) were left intact.
