had me t610 from o2 online for 2 weeks now. i was using the phone this evening when the phone crashed. no problem i thought, i'll just take the battery out and all will be good when i start it up again. um.. i was wrong.about 15 seconds after the phone had loads it freezes up. and this keeps happening, so basically my phone is only usable for about 15 seconds. ARSE. oh when i take the battery out and start up the phone again the red LED comes on...weird. bah stupid phone.
just though i'd share coz i'm a bit pissed about it.
p.s will i be eligable for a straight replacement or will i have to send it for repair ?

In most cases you get a new phone, if you go to your shop within 1 week. Later you will get it repaired.

and i cant turn it on long enough before it freezes to do a master reset.

I am only saying that it is normal that new things (phone, car, TV etc etc) can be demaged. That's why warranty is for. The things (T610 i.e.) are not stupid because of that. Understand now?
