I have a tmobile sony/ericsson t68m phone and was wondering if it is possible to get service with cingular not that I have it disconnected. I know they both run on the gms network and both use sim cards.

Well it depends, as far as i know it works, as long as you have it unlocked. I live in California, and T-Mobile and Cingular are both GSM, but in NYC i know Cingular is using TDMA rather then GSM, So when i went to NYC i phone displayed T-Mobile. I have Cingular. Also if your phone was bought with the T-Mobile logo on the box, most likely you you wont be able to go online once your switch over to Cingular. I Could be Wrong.
