Tis the return of Jalu, bwa ha ha ha ha, did you miss me?
Just thought I would enlighten you with a funny from the call centre shop floor - a member called in who owns a t300. They spoke to an advisor here about the fact they couldn't delete (you guessed it) pictures on the handset.
The fact the handset says "Predefined item, cannot be deleted" when one tries to delete an item obviously didn't stop this one so the helpful advisor calls up SonyEricsson. Bizarrely, the manager there told our advisor that it was O2's fault.
The plot thickens as a new advisor gets into the good fight - he does nothing less than **reporting SE to the trading standards** as a breach of the customers rights.
Odd that, innit? I wish the customer all the best in the land that them and our advisor here live in, I wonder what colour the sky is over there...

PS. I know this may be trench humour but I'll risk it.
PPS. Does anyone know where the thread is that talks about a possible clamshell t610? I found it on a link from Mobile.burn but it's been taken off again.
