> Backup Problem Help!!!

Since I bought my phone, I can never do a successfl backup.
The backup program reboot my phone, and then it failed to reconnect the phone again. Is there anything I have missed out? Please help!!!

That does not sound right at all! What sync version do you have? Don't use the one that comes from the cd...download it from sony ericssons website.
Also how are you connecting your phone to the computer e.g. bluetooth? cradle?

did you install the software from the CD that came with your phone?
try uninstalling them then reinstall the cd.

I use CRADLE and installed the program from the CD.
I will try to download a copy from the Sony Ericsson.
