you can call them up, or write to:

Correspondance Dept,
PO BOX 10,
Patchway
Bristol
BS32 4BQ

Make sure you include your telephone number and account number.

If you're still in your initial 12 month period, you'll have to pay them for the full 12 months line rental.

After 12 months they will charge you for a further 30 days *after* you contact them to cancel, and like most operators they'll try to convince you to stay.

I found the best way to leave any network contract is to call them up and give your reason for wanting to leave, then when they try to talk you into staying, ask to transfer to pay as you go. They'll send you a new SIM (which you don't ever need to use if you don't want) but as you're theoretically staying with them (as far as they are concerned) they will terminate you more swiftly.

I just ring 150 give a months notice eleven months (or just before) into the contract & ask for written conformation (even if they dont send it, it makes them realise you MEAN it). get the persons name & ring back the next day & ask someone else to check the notes on your acount to confirm the cancelation date is on there.
You are NOT obligated to give a reason for termination after 12 months & i always say, the service is no longer required.
