It doesn't seem to sync my calendar. It syncs my address book just fine though.

In iSync there's an option "Ask activities for the next:" .
Maybe this is set too low and you don't have any activities for the next 2 weeks.
Also in iSync, make sure the option "all" is choosen for which activities to sync.
You can view these options by clicking on the t610 in iSync.

I had this problem too. I'd entered loads of events into iCal but none got transferred to the phone.
The way I fixed it was to make an event in the phone and iSync that back to iCal to see what type of event it transferred as. Then I changed all the my iCal events to the same type and from then on they all iSync'ed ok.
