Hi,
I am a new user to FMA. Haven't get it working after trying for one week, even upgrading to WXP SP1.
I have a SE T610 and a USB/Bluetooth dongle made by Samsung. After installing this USB/BT adaptar, it appears under the 'USB' root in hardware profile, not under 'network adapters'. Don't know wether this is wrong or not, but the same in two WXP computers.
FMA says 'cant open socket from the family' when I just try to connect trhough Bluetooth.
I need your help, don't know where to go from here.
By the way, Im new to my T610 also. I've started the BT in the phone and 'make it advertise itself'. I have a question regarding the SMS capabilities of the phone:
- does it record the day and time when I send a SMS? (outgoing SMS)
I doesn't seem to as the info doesn't appear on screen. Is there a workaround for this?. This is *quite* important for me.
Also I had a SL45 and it didn't record day+time of outgoing SMSs, but a little Alcatel, much less expensive, does it pretty well.
Thanks in advance.

Hmm ... i think the first thing you need to is make that BT adapter work in your system. Can't you even "discover" under devices using the software that came with the adapter?
Do the install process again. Make sure to follow the guideline set by the bt manufacturer on how to install it.
After this, your BT device should be working and there'd be a better chance of gettin fMA to work.

You were right, it was a *very stupid* issue involving the install, I did it wrong.
Finally I got it to work. So dumb I am...
Many thanks.
