hi,
im a big fat newb when it comes to esato and ericsson so bear iwth me please. Ive down searches and stuff and cant find anything about this problem
on my old nokia i used to be able to see which area i was in.. something called cell info. But my new ericsson t39m doesnt do this, i know its possible but i just dont know how.. i cant see it in any of the menus?
any1 got an idea?

try under SMS options/setting, otherwise, it may have been disabled by your SIM.

man..why would they hide that function in there? its got nuffin to do with sms... makes no sense...
i spent like 3 hrs looking for that..
still the 2nd best phone eva... t610 is tooo hot..

The cell info is in the same place on the T68/T68i and T610 too.
Did you buy the phone second hand btw? and maybe not get a manual? Just in case...
this is the global support area for the T39 and you can download a PDF manual from there. (cell info is on page 48!).
