Try this:
When you go to 'pictures and sounds' , then go to 'themes' and press 'info'- it says:
'change the appearance of your phonw display e.g. colours, wallpapers and ring signal.'
Is this the case?

It could be, because there is a tag in pre-defined themes (Ring_signal Source="ringmed.rhz") but I have no idea where the file "ringmed.rhz" is and how it looks like...
