Hey,
How do upgrade the firmware, so I can get rid of the hissing sound and which sites do you recommend to get rid of vodaphone preset settings, espically the Voda Live button. Any recommendations are welcomed.

Hissing is removed by sending your phone to SE repair centre. If you are in UK that is celestica so do a search for them.
In regards to removing vodafone live do a search for mobilexchange.
