You have to remove the battery cover first, attached the handstrap to the bottom of the handstrap hole and close the battery cover.

actually it took me a few mins to work out
but when i had fitted it i took one swing with it and thought there is no way im trusting my $700 phone to something that flimsy
so i took it off and just keep my phone in my pocket
only problem with that is it fills up every available crack in the phone with dust and fluff which is annoying but what are u gonna do
i might invest in a cover someday

I added a few pictures to another thread on this topic a few days ago. I can't be bothered to go and find that message again though, so here you go...

thanks guys
I figured it out before I read the thread, I didn't really bother looking before.
It's just weird that it's attached to the bottom, cuz I'm used to Nokias having theirs attached to the top.
but anyways, the SE style makes more sense!

@soulthird
You're right - took me ages and a Google search to suss the strap on my P800 (I was looking to attach it at the top too).
Strap at the bottom makes sense though, because you have it around your wrist and can still hold the phone in that hand too.

Is the strap supposed to come with the phone in the box, or did you buy it?

Some get a strap and some don't. I didn't get one (like most people in the UK) so that one in the pics above is the one that came with my MP3 player. I think the one that is included with the T610 is black.

I bought mine here in Norway, and it did not have a arm-strap in the box. But as someone said, i would'nt trust that little thing anyway....

yeah I know! LOL
But the strap thing is kewl cuz it's not just any ordinary strap, it has an SE emblem along with it, it's not just any plain rope u attach.
But again, I wouldn't also trust my fone with it LOL
