Ordered last Wednesday and recieved an e-mail back
"You can expect to receive your order for your phone, propositions and accessories within 2 working days"
Well it is tuesday nearly a week on and no sign at all of the thing. Same thing happened last year when I ordered but I thought they would have got their act together by now, 3 weeks it took to come!
Makes you think whats the point in Orange having a whole department for the online shop when nothing ever gets delivered unless you personnaly speak to the supervisor and get him to personnaly send you the product! Guess I wont be seeing this phone until mid Aug at least!
I even phoned them up yesterday and I got the same as last year every single time "it should come tomorrow, it should come tomorrow" yeh my ass. It says you'll get it within 2 working days not 2 working months!

THE NEXT DAY!? when did you order it? its pissed me off proper this becuase its the best contract deal I have found and I cant have it because some nob cant pack it and send it!

i ordered my first one then online and the bastards really did decide to take the piss! 1 week after I get a watch no phone, 2 weeks later I get a watch, no phone! Phoned em up about 12-15 times until I eventually got a result!
