Slightly pissed when wrighting this so please exceuse the old spellin errors! just to let you guys know I ordered a phone n shit off their site las wednesday (16th) and on mon still hadn't recieved it. My mom phoned up (order under her name) and asked where it was and the woman said "oh the courior has it, will be with you wed at the latest! anywya waited for it today (tue) didn't come so I got my mom to phone up again and this time the woman said their isn't even a recors of it in the system! So the woman talking on mon was talking complete and utter bull shit to us blatently lying out of her ass hole! So just to let you know Orange online shop representatives should never be trusted, to those that don't know, this is the 2nd time they have bull shitted to me about an order within one year!

I once got burned doing an online purchase similar to that, only they refused to acknowledge my purchase until the bank stepped in.
I complained to a head honcho of the firm and he pinned it down to one person manning the pc, he then sent me a snotty email basically accusing me of getting him in trouble!!!! I had fun with that guy
