Hi guys! Just recently when my P800 rings i can not hear the person that is calling me or vice-versa, they say they can hear me very quitely.
I made sure that neither the mic is on mute or the phone is on mute.
All your help is appreciated

You might want to take it to the service center for check-up

Hi guys,

do you think that a master reset will do the trick?

Gringo here,

I found why the p800 did not let me hear whenever i answered a message.

It seems a bug on the software, but before this happened to me, i was playing a game, and some how when I was using the headphones it did set the sound very low.
The way I got the sound back (just now) was to connect the headphones on again and remove them.... and it is working again.

i HAVE THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS!! )

I used to get complaints that I was too quiet, for some reason I noticed that I only got someone saying "can you speak up" etc when I was holding it in my left hand, not my right. I then realised that unlike most other phones, the mic isnt directly at the bottom of the phone, but is on the bottom left of the phone. I noticed that when I hold the phone in my left hand, mmy palm sometimes covers the hole up, resulting in the person at the other end not being able to hear me that well. When holding it in your right hand, the mic will not get covered up with your palm.
Hopefully I have saved you a trip to a service centre

Olly
