Am trying to fix the text font size for sms to large. every time I set it, it does adjust to large text size but is only good for that specific time or sms msg that I send. After, it reverts to medium which is the default. Is this a querk in the t610 software or is there something wrong with my phone? Appreciate any help!

The large/small fonts are "extra" sizes, that will only show up on compatible phones (other T610s, etc...). On any other phone, the text will all come through as one size.
Because you're inputting formatted text, the SMS composer resets the text to the default setting.
If you were typing some Big Bold letters in Word, you wouldn't want word to then write every future document in that Big bold font, would you?

the "small" size doesn't work at all. its the same as the "normal" size.

Think you misunderstand me. i have a hard time reading the messages I create and need larger font size so I can see. I do the same with my p800 i.e. set the font size to large and can easily read the sms messages. however, with the t610, i can do that i.e. enlarge the font size but can only do it everytime i set it to large font. however, after i finish the message and want to text again, it reverts to the medium sized font. doesn't seem to want to stay in large font size. very upsetting, have to set to large font everytime i text. even for sms received, hard to read because of the size of the font. hope this helps clarify my situation. appreciate anyone's help

Yeah, I understand. Something like how the T68i was able to change the font size of the whole menu for every function right?

Exactly what I'm talking about. The ability to change the font size just like in the T68i. Anyone has any idea on how to resolve this?

Yeah, thatīs funny... Wonder if they left that feature out intentionally?
Not that I used any other size than small myself, but I was impressed by the feature in my t68i!
Letīs hope it is software related and gets implemented in new fw
*along with proper java implementation i.e. socks support*
Cheers!
