I got a serial data cable this morning for my T610. Plugged the serial into the computer and the other side into the phone. When I load Christersson's SendFile program it can't find the phone, and neither does any of the software that SE provided on the CD that came with the phone.
Am I missing something or have I got a faulty cable?

Sorry, forgot to mention that I've already enabled all the com ports in Phone Monitor, still no joy.

download sony ericsson's mypictures software from the
www.sonyericsson.com ...
then:
1. open the program
2. click File...Send file to phone...
3. select "choose file" button and the mobile monitor should start up....
4. then your sendfile program should work.
at least that's how i have to do it...

do you have Mobile Phone Monitor (MPM) installed?
i believe that's a necessity when running sendfile.
