I've read some threads on this topic but no real satisfactory answer.

Is it safe to charge the T68 using the P800's desktop cradle?

How about synching the T68 using the P800's desktop cradle?

tried both the T68i and the T300 with the P800 usb cradle.

results are:
- Charges fine
- Mobile Phone Monitor for P800 (With PCSuite) recognises the phone is connected, and recognises it as a T68i/T300, But doesnt register it as a supported phone, therefore doesnt provide any services such as synch.
- FloatMobile agent woudl not recognise it.

Have not tested:
- uninstalling P800 software, and seeing if the phoen is supported using T68 software.


Conclusion...
the cradle theoretically seems to support the T68i, but somewhere along the line software barfs it all.

@Steven, sorry about that. Must have been the "search words" I used as I did not see the thread you mentioned before.

Could any of the mods just delete this thread please? Or maybe merge it with the other thread Steven mentioned?

I had been using the P800 cable for internet connection only . No problem at all . I use it to connect to GPRS with my computer .

Other than that i didn't try at all .
