> cross network call charges cut in the uk?

heard today was the day the phone companies in the uk had to cut there cross network call charges after losing there court battle.
had a surf around the major phone company website but found no info on what the reductions are.
anyone out there know how much they have gone down by i heard it could be upto 50%

cheers a whole 5p and for that there going to wack up the costs of handsets by reducing subsidys even further no doubt

They will almost certainly raise phone prices to compensate. Phones are already sold at a loss and the providers make their money on the call chages. The days of this strategy may be numbered.
From BBC News:
"The cost of calling from one mobile network to another should fall from 24p per minute to 19p over the next three years, while the cost of landline to mobile calls should fall 5p to 12p per minute."
