I hate Orange. They are money grabbing b******s who have no idea how to treat their current and (previously) loyal customers.
They can't help me with my phone - thank god for this forum.
They can't upgrade my software.
Their customer service personel are useless and rude.
They add dumb ass pictures to my phone and a stupid logo branded on the front.
I'm seriously thinking of going elsewhere. (not one-to-one "t-mobile" though.)

Aside from the branding of phones and software I've had nothing but good service from them.
Staff in the call centre are polite and very helpful, staff in shop locally are good, and network coverage (at least in my locale) is superb (even with my T68i!)
Of course none of this helps you at all, but just wanted to show the other side of the coin.

I agree staff in the shop are polite and helpful but i don't think the ones in the call centres are. They certainly are not knowledgable.
My main bone is the fact that I don't feel that Orange have any respect for their current customers. They only seem concerned with getting new ones. Undestandable in this climate but they are goin to lose as many as they gain. All they want to do is grab as much money from you as they possibly can.
I'm going elswhere as soon as I can.

Fair comment, lets hope they're not all as bad as each other!

From both sides, from a Voda shop I have had exceptionally good sevice, and from the same shop (different person) exceptionally bad and downright rude service.
From mobilexchange, it was just freakin brilliant service.
It's such a relief to find a shop with people who actually know what they're talking about.
There should be more, why arent there?
