WHERE IS MY PHONE!!!??? I ORDERED IT 2 WEEKS AGO. Please tell me people, how hard is it to pack a phone up and give it to a courier? How can you justify it when they have told me the phone is in stock!?

here in estland..
I went to renew my contract i had cancelled 6 months ago.. since it was last day my number was reserved for me.. i had to wait..
and i waited waited waited.. for lets say 50 minutes till that stuid salesman managed to sell one contract..(10 minutes sittin there with client, even dumber than the salesman, only for choosin the phone number, not to mention other stuff).. ok 20 minutes per contract
then there was a guy buyin a t310 ... it took the salesman 15 minutes to sell it..
then there was one more guy buying the same model 310 and it took another 15 minutes.. imagine u hav just repeated all the steps how to sell a certain model and u cannot do it quicker than just minutes ago..
it wasnt 15 busy minutes it was idling, thinking, scraching his head.. and stuff
then it was my turn.. i told him my name, my phone number, i showed him my id card..
it took him 5 minutes to fetch my records.. then he asked if my address was thiz and that ..
ofcourse not i said..
next i told y name again my number again my id again..
thiztime it took 3 minutes and he got it right.. the address..
printed the contract i checked everything social security number, phone number contract clauses everything..
i signed it and left the store...
waited and waited but my sim wsnt turned on.. i called helpdesk and started to read that contract number again and.. guess what my eyes stopped on name field.. i told i checked everything to be sure.. but thiz one i missed.... there was not my name.. ther was some freakin Tambet Mumma which sounds freaky in estonian too..
I laughed, Laughed Laughed
next day i went to another store, the same company.. the guy there, i wish u could see his face.. then he laughed too.. and fixed everything in 1 minute.. and told me he does not understand how could thiz happen cause its technically impossible.. he asked me to give him a copy of that old Tambet Mumma contract to put it up on their companys intranet as an example in fun section
next visit to that companys store was for t610 week ago.. it took me a minute to buy a phone..
the point of my story is maby there is an identical evil clone of that salesman whos handling your order??
