i have R1A025 firmware version....could this be the problem? should i get it updated? how can i do this because i live in canada, and i don't think there are any places that service SE phones....

mine too hangs sometimes.
It seems to happen while accessing the internet from my PC, using T300 as a GPRS modem.
It only happens after one our or more of seamless connection; then I just need to type-in the PIN and start the connection again.
Please, consider that my phone's data counter states:
received:
65.558.113 byte
sent:
10.849.703 byte
time:
9:24:09
and it only happened a couple of times.

nopers...it happened while i was listening to a conversation i recorded. it just froze and i had to take out the battery.

well i sent it into the repair center. i guess they'll see if something is wrong with it, and update hte firmware.
