Hi, I have a little problem.. the charge runs out very quick of my T68i and when I went to the SE agency here in bahrain.. they checked and said that the battery is not well and need to be changed.. they asked me to contact them after a week to check if new batteries are delivered or not.. I called they said they didnt arrive yet.. and after another week still the same~!!! until when do I have to wait? I think in this case they should give me a phone for this time .. I cant just charge the phone twice a day!! any ideas?

Common the T68i has been out since long now, they should have enuff spares for it. but ive always noticed SE saying a week, 2 week, 3 weeks n so on. I think they suck bad at support. SOmetime it does help to speak 2 a supervisor, and rasing ur voice loud does help at times. but ive found SE service to be the most ignorant as they can be
