i installed mobile phone monitor alredi m8?

i open the backup software n tick the boxes but the 'backup' and 'restore' buttons are greyed out so i cannot press them?

any ideas? how are people connecting to the software?

im using msi bluetooth key.

if the mpm is working properly, then the christersson's backup utility should work out of the box, so to speak.

mpm is the common culprit here. does the MPM icon in your system tray have the green checkmark? that's an indicator that your phone is recognized by your system.

recently i formatted my pc and i reinstalled bluetoothc etc.
but i noticed that now when i connect to the pc vis bluetooth on serial com ports it disconnects after about 30seconds?

anybody kno wot the problem mite be?

Strangly enough the mpm software recognizes my phone only
if i use the orgiginal SE software such as SE Image editor. Only then i can use the backup or sendfile.
