> t610 battery life

i get nowhere near the quoted standby time for the t610. seems i have to recharge every 24 hours. only got the phone a week ago, charged it first for 6 hours as instructed.
am not a heavy user of features, only bluetooth headset now and agiain and 30 mins calls.
anyone else find this is a problem??

oh lets not start this again... the manual says 4 hours for initial charge, it is written by the manufacturer and so that is what you should do.

Well, I had a problem with my battery as well. I charged it initially for 4hrs, the battery meter went down after 48hrs, but it actually lasted for over 72. After discharging it (it doesn't discharge completely) and recharging it (overnight) its corrected itself, plus it seems to last longer

i charged mine for 4 hours initially and it said it was full but after only half a day it said it was empty so i charged it and for a few days the same thing happened so just to try something i let it stay empty to try and flatten it and it stayed 'empty' for 3 days at which time it went dead when i charged it up again it seems to have fixed itself it lasts about 3 days with probably
so try leaving it on till it goes dead and charging it see if it will 'reset' your battery indicator

I noticed.. while playin java game moscowpoly (it has some very nice graphic and stuff compared to other java apps)
it drained my battery over 50% within an hour..
I did not play that game whole hour, i put it aside for a while, game still running..
any similar experience??
