Ok,
Sony choose to link the advertising of the T610 to the Charlies Angels film - I guess promoting the fact the phone is Sexy , Stylish and a bit of a Girls phone - huh!!
well thats what there saying linking it to a film of that nature. (It aint a girls phone to me, not like the new siemens sl55 - but the link to Diazz and Co dont help)
Take a look at the film the Samsung V200 was linked too........................

Thats more like it, A Mans film/phone, stylish design with space age features!
I know its all about timing and advertising decisions but the T610 should have been linked to a film such as the new Bad Boys 2 production - Now that is a kick arse film, it surpasses the first one and is action all the way!!!! - And its a Mans film...hence a mans phone...(unless of course Sony were directing this phone to predominately the female market)
or they were smarter than that and realised more men would watch Charlies Angels than women!!!!!
Oh I dunno - my opinion I guess but Charlies angels didnt stop me buying the phone or watching the film so I guess my thread is useless... LOL
U can tell im bored at work today....
Anyway someone might have an opinion on this subject, who knows!!!
How important r film tie ins to the sale of a phone to u guys?
or even celebrity ties in such as Beckham and Vodaphone handsets?!!!
