No. It doesn't support wav files. This message was posted from a T68i

The Heretic was not asking if you can play .wav on T68i. He was asking how to convert to a format that WILL play on the T68i (presumably imy or amr)?

no need to ruin this thread with continuous replies which don't actually answer the question that was asked. I will research this and provide an answer if only to stop this nonesense.

There is no easy way to convert a wav to imy (the T68 format)
One way to go would be:
1. First convert WAV to MIDI (Yes this is possible, but the end result has a 90% chance of sounding nothing like the original). Basically the converter tries to identify samples in the WAV, then find matching instruments in the MIDI specification. In plain english you are much better off writing the MIDI yourself from scratch
2. Then use a converter to convert the MIDI you got to IMY. Once again you can expect terrible results

All in all, while theoretically possible to make this conversion, it is practically impossible. You will end up using much more effort and time then you would have used to make the IMY ringtone from scratch in the composer on the phone, or a PC based program.

Ok well I haven't tried them but this program looks like it will do what you want as does this one which also says it has a facility to make ringtones louder, or this one (which may be the same as the second one but maybe a newer version?).
