Any1 knows to keep my GPRS connection open on my T610... It connects only when i browse to a wap page and disconnects when i close it..
Desperate pls help
I'd like to keep it open as long as my phone is switched on

Go to Connectivity > Data Comm. > Preferred service then click on GPRS and GSM.
In all probability, your setting are on GSM only.

No, I have GSM and GPRS and my connections are always closed from wap or email.
Only once from a java applet did it ask me to keep the session active like the T68i used to.

My problem is that i can receive but not send MMS...Phone connects to download any received ones but it doesnt connect to send MMS...
I thought that by keeping GPRS session open it would work.....
Any ideas what might be wrong? All settings are correct GPRS works fine, I can receive MMS but when i try to send i get "communication error"
I am desperate as i contacted both Network operator and MMS provider and they dunno! :@
Any help greatly appreciated

I do like this. I go in to my emails inbox, press the joystick on the upper line. The phone checks for new mails. Now go back to main screen without disconnecting. Now you can stop wapping without losing your GPRS connection.
