> Yet more T610 woes - resetting

I have just had my 03w23 T610 flashed to R1L hoping to get rid of some problems - including having the phone reset itself and the dreaded BT headset crackle.
Result - the headset still crackles and the resetting seems to have got worse!
I am starting to get the impression that this phone is a load of c??p as suggested elsewhere.
Any ideas what I can do - I know I can send the phone away but, for various reasons, I cannot be without it for longer than a day.
It was bought as a upgrade from the Orange shop.

I left mine to a service center with the description that the phone crackled. When i got it back they had flashed it to R1L and changed 5-6 components in the phone...
Everything is better than ever... great sound and even better software in the phone.
This is my first SE phone and i´m very happy!

sounds similar to problems i had with my t68 16 months ago, if i moaned at orange and said the spearker ear piece was messed up they sent me a new one out free the next day. I did have free insurance back then though, do u have insurance?
